This paper describes the characteristics of information technology in the operation and maintenance of power communication networks.In response to the problems of traditional power communication network operation and maintenance,optimization measures for information technology in power communication network operation and maintenance are proposed.With the help of centralized operation and maintenance management,centralized management and positioning of functions are achieved to ensure the normal operation of power communication networks.
