阐述智能变电站的本特点,探讨继电保护配置原则,包括安全运行、实时监控、自诊断和自整定能力、通信和信息交换方式的可靠、自动化、协调配合原则,分析线路保护配置的策略。
This paper describes the characteristics of intelligent substations,explores the principles of relay protection configuration,including safe operation,real-time monitoring,self diagnosis and self setting capabilities,reliable,automated,and coordinated communication and information exchange methods,and analyzes the strategies for line protection configuration.
