This paper expounds the principles and processes of condition based maintenance,analyzes the technology of condition based maintenance for primary equipment in substations,and explores the application of intelligent background based condition based maintenance technology for primary equipment in power systems,including vibration diagnosis systems,PLC systems,fault diagnosis,and optimized operation applications.
