数字化技术在配电一体化运维平台中的应用

摘要 阐述在平台硬件环境设计完成后,采用相分量法,计算配电网一体化潮流,实时监测10kV配电网一体化潮流的动态变化。基于数字化+设计配电网一体化运维管控模块,提高平台功能效用。构建平台运维管控数据库,存储配电网一体化运维管控信息。测试结果表明,平台的操作成功率均在97%以上,运维管控效果优势显著。 This paper describes that after the hardware environment design of the platform is completed,the phase component method is used to calculate the integrated power flow of the distribution network and monitor the dynamic changes of the integrated power flow of the 10kV distribution network in real time.Based on digitalization and design,the integrated operation and maintenance control module of the distribution network is designed to improve the platform's functional effectiveness.It builds a platform operation and maintenance control database to store integrated operation and maintenance control information for the distribution network.The test results show that the success rate of platform operations is above 97%,and the advantage of operation and maintenance control effect is significant.
