摘要
随着生活节奏的加快、消费者需求的提高及供应链的完善,预制菜已成食品产业的热点。目前国内“预制菜”产业规模急剧膨胀,涵盖食品种类繁多,本文梳理“预制菜”相关标准,对其可能存在的食品安全风险因素进行分析,为下一步完善“预制菜”食品安全管理工作提供依据,以推动“预制菜”产业的健康持续发展。
With the acceleration of the pace of life,increasing demand from consumers,and improvements in the supply chain,“prepared foods”have become popular in China’s food industry.The prepared foods industry has experienced rapid expansion,encompassing a wide variety of food types.This paper reviews the relevant standards of prepared foods,analyzes potential food safety risk factors,and provides a basis for enhancing the management of food safety in the prepared foods industry,to promote its healthy and sustainable development.
