摘要
新辅助化疗是乳腺癌综合治疗中非常重要的组成部分,早期评估其疗效,有助于及时调整治疗方案,改善乳腺癌患者的预后。超声弹性成像(ultrasound elastography,UE)及超声造影(contrast enhanced ultrasound,CEUS)检查是近年来出现的超声新技术,可以实时显示肿瘤硬度、血流灌注特征,在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估中具有独特优势。本文就UE及CEUS检查评估乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的研究进展进行综述。
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is a very important part of comprehensive treatment for breast cancer.Early evaluation of its efficacy will help to adjust the treatment plan in time and improve the prognosis of breast cancer patients.Ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound are new ultrasound technologies emerging in recent years,which can display tumor hardness,blood perfusion characteristics in real time,and have unique advantages in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.This article reviews the research progress of ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer.
