摘要
近年来,已有大量研究表明怀旧对个体心理和行为有着积极作用,如心理和生理健康、行为和认知等。怀旧的适应性作用影响广泛,关于怀旧的研究领域众多且发散。但是,目前还尚未有综述统合有关怀旧适应性的相关研究。因此,现有研究旨在系统梳理已有关于怀旧适应性的文献,并从社会认知基本维度的视角解释其心理机制。未来研究应进一步探究不同特质群体的怀旧差异以及怀旧的不同后果及其机制;还可以从社会认知的角度梳理怀旧及其作用,纳入相关变量厘清其中的作用机制。
In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that nostalgia has positive effects on individual psychology and behav-ior,such as mental and physical health,behavior,and cognition.Due to the wide-ranging influence of nostalgia's adaptive effect,the research fields on nostalgia are numerous and divergent.However,there is no review and integration of relevant studies on nostalgia ad-aptation.Therefore,the existing research aims to systematically sort out the existing literature on nostalgia adaptation and tries to explain its psychological mechanism from the perspective of basic dimensions of social cognition.Future research should further explore the diferences in nostalgia among different groups of traits and the different consequences of nostalgia for these groups,and explore the mechanism by which nostalgia leads to different consequences.It is also possible to sort out nostalgia and its effects from the perspective of social cognition,and include relevant variables to clarify the mechanism of action.
