基于中成药数据挖掘分析名贵中药琥珀的用药规律

Analysis of the Dosing Regularity of Precious Chinese Medicines Succinum Based on Proprietary Chinese Medicine Data Mining

目的:搜集药智网数据库中含琥珀的中成药处方并分析其用药规律,为琥珀应用开发提供参考。方法:运用Microsoft Office Excel 2019、SPSS Modeler 18.0、IBM SPSS Statistics 23等软件进行频次、功效、性味归经、临床应用统计,以及关联规则分析和聚类分析,并使用Origin 21.0软件绘制关联规则展示图。结果:纳入的181个含琥珀中成药以丸剂、颗粒剂为主,349味组方中药多性温或寒,味甘、辛,归肝经、心经。与琥珀高频配伍的前6味中药为朱砂、甘草、茯苓、冰片、牛黄、天竺黄。关联规则分析得到中药组合22个。含琥珀的中成药可治疗惊风、跌打损伤、月经病等37种病症,主治惊风时常与朱砂、天竺黄、冰片、牛黄、僵蚕等中药配伍,主要形成6个聚类方。结论:琥珀多与性温或寒,味甘、辛,归肝经、心经的中药组方,发挥补虚、定惊、清热、安神、化瘀等功效,主治惊风等多种病症。

Objective:To collect prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines containing Succinum from the database of the Pharmaceutical Intelligence Network and analyze their dosing patterns,so as to provide reference for the development of Succinum applications.Methods:Microsoft Office Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 23 were used to conduct statistics on frequency,efficacy,sexual taste and meridian,clinical application,as well as association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Origin 21.0 software was used to draw association rule display diagrams.Results:The 181 Chinese patent medicine containing Succinum were mainly pill and granule and the 349 grouped Chinese medicines were mostly warm or cold in nature,sweet and pungent in taste,and belonged to the liver and heart meridians.The top 6 herbs which were compatible with Succinum are Cinnabaris,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Poria,Borneolum Syntheticum,Bovis Calculus,Bambusae Concretio Silicea.The association rule analysis yielded 22 combinations of traditional Chinese medicines.The proprietary Chinese medicines containing Succinum can treat 37 kinds of diseases such as frightening winds,bruises and menstrual diseases,etc.The main treatment of frightening winds is often combined with Cinnabaris,Bambusae Concretio Silicea,Borneolum Syntheticum,Bovis Calculus and Bombyx Batryticatus,forming6clustering prescription.Conclusion:Succinum is mostly combined with Chinese medicines that are warm or cold in nature,sweet and pungent in taste,and belong to the liver and heart meridians,exerting the effects of tonifying deficiency,settling fright,clearing heat,calming the mind and resolving blood stasis,and is good at treating a variety of conditions such as frightening wind.
