曲直汤加味联合塞来昔布治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Quzhi Decoction Combined with Celecoxib in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

目的:观察曲直汤加味联合塞来昔布治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:将60例膝骨关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,分别给予塞来昔布和曲直汤加味联合塞来昔布治疗,疗程均为4周。观察西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数值(Western Ontario and Mc Master University osteoarthritis index,WOMAC)、膝关节功能量表(Lysholm)和视觉模拟疼痛量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)治疗前后的数值变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者WOMAC指数、VAS评分显著下降,Lysholm评分明显提高,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论:与单用塞来昔布相比,曲直汤加味联合塞来昔布可进一步减轻患者的临床症状,提高膝关节的功能,显著改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Quzhi decoction combined with celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency.Methods:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and observation group(n = 30).They were treated with celecoxib and Quzhi decoction combined with celecoxib for 4 weeks.Visual analogue pain scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis index Values(WOMAC),Knee function score(Lysholm)and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,WOMAC index and VAS score decreased significantly,Lysholm score increased significantly,meanwhile,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total remission rate of observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with using only celecoxib,Quzhi decoction combined with celecoxib can further reduce the clinical symptoms,improve knee function and improve the quality of life significantly in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with liver and kidney deficiency.
