摘要
驾照芯片化,可以实现驾驶人员在驾驶车辆的过程中,其驾驶信息直接与当地交通部门进行数据传输,从而有利于实现驾驶规范化,提高驾驶员的驾驶严谨性,进而减少交通驾驶事故,提高行车和行人安全。由于芯片驾照具有射频能力,在交通执法过程中可实现快速读取,甚至可以实现行驶中读取其驾驶信息,不仅有利于执法规范化,还能减少执法工作量。与之同步发展的道路信息收发器,对后续实现智能交通和发展自动驾驶有重要的过渡和引导作用。
The chip-based driving license can realize the direct data transmission between the driver's driving information and the local traffic department in the process of driving the vehicle,which is conducive to realizing the standardization of driving and improving the driver's driving rigor,so as to reduce traffic driving accidents and improve the safety of vehicles and pedestrians.The chip-based driving license has the RF capability,so it can be quickly read in the process of traffic law enforcement,and even its driving information can be read while driving,which is not only conducive to the standardization of law enforcement,but also reduces the workload of law enforcement.The road information transceiver developed in parallel with it plays an important transitional and guiding role in the subsequent realization of intelligent transportation and the development of automatic driving.
