矿用液压退锚车剖切机构优化设计

摘要 针对矿下作业环境复杂,CYT-1000/63/80Y型矿用液压退锚车剖切机构泛用性小,且无法用于底部锚索炸裂的锁具剖切等问题,提出具有定位装置、足够行程的新型机构,同时对剖切机构进行结构优化,留出锚具底部空间,采用刃刀具和圆弧刀具组合的方式,在剖切的同时实现定位功能简化结构,增加剖切机构泛用性和剖切精度。通过理论计算和Ansys有限元分析的方法对机构强度进行校核和验证。 In view of problems such as the complex underground working environment the small versatility of the cutting mechanism of the CYT-1000/63/80Y hydraulic anchor-unloading car for mines,and the inability to use for the lock cutting of the bottom anchor cable burst,this paper proposes a new type of mechanism with the positioning device and sufficient stroke.At the same time,it optimizes the structure of the cutting mechanism to leave the bottom space of the anchor tool,and adopts the combination of blade cutters and arc cutters to realize the positioning function,simplify the structure and increase the versatility and cutting precision of the cutting mechanism while cutting.The strength of the mechanism is checked and verified by the methods of theoretical calculation and ANSY finite element analysis.
