摘要
煤矿企业在当下能源紧缺的大背景下,想要提高生产产量与效率,就需要将智能化技术与采煤装备相融合,提高技术应用的整体水平。从刮板运输机、采煤机、液压支架、带式输送机、综采工作面集成5个角度出发,分析了智能化采煤装备的关键技术,并提出了智能化采煤装备未来技术的发展方向,希望能够为煤矿企业的持续性发展提供一些参考与支持。
In the current context of energy scarcity,if coal mine enterprises want to improve their production output and efficiency,they need to integrate intelligent technology with coal-mining equipment and enhance the overall level of technology application.The article analyzes the key technologies of intelligent coal-mining equipment from five perspectives:scraper conveyors,coal-mining machines,hydraulic supports,belt conveyors and fullymechanized coal-mining face integration,and proposes the development direction of the future technology of intelligent coal-mining equipment,hoping to provide some reference and support for the sustainable development of coal mine enterprises.
