盾构工作井基坑施工对近邻高架桥影响分析

摘要 随着城市发展,盾构工作井基坑施工对邻近结构物的扰动日益频繁。依托某输水隧洞盾构工作井近邻高架桥工程,阐述了盾构工作井基坑的施工方法,结合三维有限元软件,对工作井基坑开挖对近邻高架桥影响进行分析,总结了保证施工安全的措施。结果表明:采用1.2m厚钢筋混凝土地下连续墙进行支护,能有效减小工作井开挖影响。根据当地地质情况,采用钢筋混凝土地下连续墙进行支护,满足安全施工要求。 The disturbance to adjacent structures caused by the foundation pit construction of shield working shafts is becoming more and more frequent with the development of cities.Relying on the adjacent overpass project of the shield working well of a water-conveyance tunnel,this paper describes the construction method for the foundation pit of the shield working shaft,analyzes the impact of the foundation pit excavation of the working shaft on adjacent overpasses by using three-dimensional finite element software,and summarizes measures to ensure construction safety.The results show that the use of the 1.2-meter-thick reinforced-concrete underground continuous wall for support can effectively mitigate the impact of the excavation of the working shaft.Based on local geological conditions,the reinforced-concrete underground continuous wall is used for support to meet the requirements of safety construction.
