轨道交通枢纽工程轨行区防火玻璃罩深化设计与施工技术

摘要 在轨道交通轨行区采用防火玻璃罩代替钢筋混凝土结构,属于非常规做法,以深圳市岗厦北综合交通枢纽为例,阐述了面临的重点、难点及指标要求,对防火玻璃罩的构造、小单元龙骨加工及预拼装方面进行深化设计,对特殊施工环境中的施工技术进行研究。结果证明,通过深化设计及施工技术,满足轨行区防火玻璃罩构造的各项性能指标,切实保证了施工质量的同时提高了施工效率。 It is an unconventional practice to use fireproof glass covers instead of reinforced-concrete structures in the rail transit track area.This paper takes the integrated transit hub of Gangxia North in Shenzhen as an example,expounds the important and difficult points and index requirements faced by it,and through the in-depth design of the structure of fireproof glass covers and the processing and pre-assembly of the small unit keel,studies construction technologies in the special construction environment.The effects prove that the deepening design and construction technology meet the performance indexes of the structure of fireproof glass covers in the track area,effectively guarantee construction quality,and improve construction efficiency.
