图书馆信息工作的优化途径研究分析

21世纪是网络化时代,各类信息爆炸式增长,人们接触的信息越来越多,但信息的安全传输和共享也出现了极大隐患。尤其对于图书馆来说,其本身属于公益性的文化服务机构,需要为读者提供各种各样的信息服务。在信息服务中,不乏会有涉密信息,一旦用户在搜索、处理、储存、传输等方面操作不当,就会导致涉密信息泄漏、丢失或失真,进而影响信息的完整性和可用性。对此,图书馆需要在加大信息化建设力度的同时,进一步提高信息安全管理的重视程度。结合工作经验,提出信息服务工作的优化方法,旨在为更多相关研究提供参考。

The 21st century is the era of networking,all kinds of information are growing explosively,people are exposed to more more information,but great hidden dangers have also been brought to the security transmission and sharing of information.Especially for libraries,they belong to nonprofit cultural service institutions and need to provide readers with various information services.In information services,there will be some confidential information,and any users'improper operations in search,processing,storage,transmission and other aspects can lead to the leakage,loss or distortion of confidential information,and then affect the integrity and availability of information.In this regard,it is necessary for libraries to increase their efforts in information construction,while further enhancing their importance of information security management.This article combines work experience to propose methods for optimizing information service work,aiming to provide reference for more relevant research.
