使用添加剂提高开关柜用环氧材料憎水耐电痕特性的研究

摘要 为了沿海地区空气绝缘开关柜用环氧绝缘件找到一种合适的具有较好憎水性、耐电痕特性的环氧配方材料,以适应盐雾、潮湿的环境条件,文中对开关柜常规用的注射用环氧配方,分别加入2%活性SiO_(2)纳米颗粒、2%Al_(2)O_(3)纳米颗粒及6%Al(OH)_(3)颗粒,通过对配方的接触角、耐电痕特性的测量,得出环氧树脂材料配方内掺杂活性SiO_(2)纳米颗粒、Al_(2)O_(3)纳米颗粒及Al(OH)3颗粒后可以有效提高憎水性、耐电痕特性,将原配方的耐电痕性能从1A0提高到1A2.5,同时机械性能有轻微的改变。 For finding a suitable epoxy formula material with better hydrophobicity and tracking resistance for the air insulated switchgear cabinet for the application in coastal area and adaption of the salt spray and humid environ⁃ment conditions there,2%active SiO_(2)nanoparticles,2%Al_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles and 6%Al(OH)_(3)particles are added to the injection epoxy formula,the commonly used recipe for switchgear cabinet.It is concluded that through the mea⁃surement of contact angle and electrical resistance trace characteristic that the addition of active SiO_(2)nanoparticles,Al_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles and Al(OH)_(3)particles nanoparticles in the epoxy resin material formula can effectively improve the hydrophobicity and tracking electrical resistance trace.The tracking electrical resistance of original formula is improved from 1A0 to 1A2.5,at the same time,the mechanical performance is slightly changed.
