基于创新生态系统理论的现代科技园区发展策略研究——以广东高新区为例

Research on the Development Strategy of Modern Science and Technology Parks Based on Innovation Ecosystem Theory Taking Guangdong High-tech Zone as an Example

摘要 科技园区是促进地区经济发展和科技创新的重要载体,在转变发展方式、提升地区创新发展水平等方面发挥了重要作用。分析现代科技园区的基本内涵及理论基础,并以广东高新区为例,构建现代科技园区创新生态系统的基本框架,分析展示科技园区的创新发展需要从创新政策、创新主体、创新环境、创新管理等方面构建完善的创新生态系统。面对新的形势与需求,提出现代科技园区需要实现从管理到服务、从企业到产业、从科技到经济、从环境到生态4个转变的发展策略,以期为我国科技园区创新发展提供参考。 Science and technology parks are important carriers for promoting regional economic development and scientific and technological innovation,and have played an important role in transforming development modes and improving the level of regional innovation and development.This paper analyzes the basic connotation and theoretical basis of modern science and technology park,and takes Guangdong high-tech zone as example,constructs the basic framework of innovation ecosystem of modern science and technology park,and the analysis shows that,the innovation and development of science and technology parks need to build a sound innovation ecosystem from the aspects of innovation policy,innovation subject,innovation environment and innovation management.Facing the new situation and needs,the paper puts forward the development strategy as that,modern science and technology parks need to realize the four development strategies,which are from management to service,from enterprise to industry,from science and technology to economy,and from environment to ecology.It aims to provide references for the innovation and development of science and technology parks in China.
