安全仪表系统在成品油库的应用与实践

摘要 安徽省某公司成品油油库构成二级重大危险源,该重大危险源无独立安全仪表系统和储罐紧急切断系统,构成重大安全隐患。经过安全完整性评级(SIL)和改造完善后,增设安全仪表系统,14台安储罐装音叉液位开关和电液、电动切断阀,采取“1oo1”表决方式实现储罐高/低液位报警联锁切断功能,其中构成二级重大危险源的储罐都设置现场紧急停车按钮,安全仪表系统有效降低成品油库危险性,为安全生产提供了保障。 The products oil depot of a company in Anhui Province constitutes a secondary major hazard source,The major hazard source has no independent safety instrument system and storage tank emergency cut-off system,which constitutes a major safety hazard.After the safety integrity rating(SIL) and improvement,the safety instrument system was added,and 14 storage tanks were equipped with tuning fork liquid level switches and electro-hydraulic and electric shut-off valves.The “1oo1” voting method was adopted to realize the high/low liquid level alarm interlock cut-off function of the storage tank,in which the storage tanks that constitute the secondary major hazard sources are respectively provided with emergency stop buttons.The safety instrumented system effectively reduces the risk of products oil depots and provides a guarantee for safe production.
