摘要
热电材料可以通过内部载流子的传输实现热能和电能之间的直接转换,在温差发电和热电制冷领域有广泛的应用,是一种新型的功能材料,在缓解环境污染和能源危机有重要的意义。文章通过醇还原法制备了银纳米粒子,引入聚苯胺基体材料中,创新性地采用放电等离子烧结制备块体材料,并对银纳米粒子及最终的复合材料进行了表征与分析。
Thermoelectric materials can achieve direct conversion between heat and electric through the transmission of internal carriers.They are widely used in the fields of thermoelectric power generation and thermoelectric refrigeration.They are a new type of functional materials and have important significance in alleviating environmental pollution and energy crisis.This study prepared silver nanoparticles through alcohol reduction method,introduced them into the polyaniline matrix material,innovatively used spark plasma sintering to prepare bulk materials,and characterized and analyzed the silver nanoparticles and the final composite material.
