基于对4家网站和10家手机客户端传播河北灾害性天气预警信号质量抽样调查,对2022年传播质量进行了评价和等级评定,并对评价结果进行分析讨论,总结了存在的问题及其成因,并提出了解决方案,确保公众能收到及时、准确的灾害性天气预警信号,争取更多响应时间,防患于未然。

Based on a sampling survey of the quality of Hebei catastrophic weather warning signals disseminated on 4 websites and 10 mobile clients,the article evaluates and ranks the dissemination quality in 2022,analyzes and discusses the evaluation results,summarizes existing problems,investigates their causes,and solves problems to ensure that the public can receive timely and accurate catastrophic weather warning signals,strive for more response time,and take preventive measures.
