摘要
基于对包含76篇有效文献,共计28498个样本量的元分析研究,检验了谦逊型领导与员工主动行为之间的关系,以及不同文化情境和研究方法对两者关系的调节机制。结果显示:在个体层面和群体层面,谦逊型领导均与员工主动行为呈显著正相关;文化差异会使谦逊型领导对员工主动行为产生差异化影响力;组织类型、数据来源多样性以及研究方法的选择也对谦逊型领导影响员工主动行为的方式产生一定的调节作用。未来研究应着重探讨谦逊型领导细分维度的差别影响,细致识别文化情境特征,并对员工主动行为给出更精细化的界定。
We conducted a meta-analysis of 76 studies with a total sample size of 28498 to examine the relationship between humble leadership and employee proactive behaviors(EPB for short),as well as contextual and methodological moderators of this link.The results revealed that humble leadership was significantly and positively related to EPB at both the individual and group levels.Cultural dimensions moderated the influence of humble leadership on EPB.In addition,organizational type,data source diversity,and research methods also moderated the humble leadership-EPB relationship.Future research should explore humble leadership’s differential effects across dimensions,identify situational specifics that strengthen or weaken its impact,and develop a nuanced conceptualization of employee proactivity.
