摘要
采用定性和定量研究相结合的方式,基于补偿性消费理论和已有研究成果,运用扎根理论方法对补偿性消费行为的结构维度进行探索性研究,剖析补偿性消费行为的内涵与结构,在此基础上结合探索性和验证性因子分析等方法开发并检验了测量量表。研究表明:补偿性消费行为是一个具有丰富内涵的多维构念,包含象征性、提升性、享乐性、情绪修复性、抗逆性5个维度;测量量表由5个因子和26个题项构成。进一步分析和检验表明,量表具有良好的信度和效度,是测量补偿性消费行为的有效工具。
This study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research,based on the compensatory consumption theory and existing research results,uses the grounded theory methods to conduct exploratory research on the structural dimensions of compensatory consumption behavior,analyzes the connotation and structure of compensatory consumption behavior,and on these basis,develops and tests the measurement scale by combining exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis methods.The results show that compensatory consumption behavior is a multidimensional construct with rich connotation,including five dimensions:symbolism,promotion,hedonic,emotional repair and stress resistance;The scale is composed of 5 factors and 26 items.Further analysis and tests show that the scale has good reliability and validity and it is an effective tool for measuring compensatory consumption behavior.
