摘要
细菌性食物中毒是一种常见的食源性疾病,由进食被细菌或其毒素污染的食物引起。细菌性食物中毒在全球范围内均有发生,严重威胁人类健康。随着全球气候变化、食品贸易的发展和人们生活水平的提高,细菌性食物中毒的流行趋势不断变化,新的病原菌不断出现,耐药菌株增多,给疾病防控带来了新的挑战。因此,本文针对细菌性食物中毒流行趋势及预防对策进行探讨。
Bacterial food poisoning is a common foodborne illness caused by eating food contaminated with bacteria or their toxins.Bacterial food poisoning occurs worldwide and poses a serious threat to human health.With global climate change,the development of food trade and the improvement of people’s living standards,the epidemic trend of bacterial food poisoning is constantly changing,new pathogens are emerging,and drug-resistant strains are increasing,which brings new challenges to disease prevention and control.Therefore,the epidemic trend and preventive measures of bacterial food poisoning were discussed in this paper.
