全面质量管理视角下食品质量安全管理路径研究

Study on Food Quality and Safety Management Path from the Perspective of Total Quality Management

随着人们生活水平的提高,食品质量安全问题日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。保障食品质量安全关系到国计民生,是实现社会可持续发展的重要基础。食品质量安全管理工作直接关系到消费者权益以及食品行业的健康发展。为有效提高我国食品质量安全管理水平,本文以全面质量管理理论为切入点,分析了当前我国食品质量安全管理存在的监管体制不健全、标准体系不完善、企业责任意识差以及消费者权益保护意识淡薄等问题,并在此基础上提出了完善监管体制、建立科学的标准体系、增强企业责任意识、加强消费者权益保护等对策措施,旨在为我国食品质量安全管理工作的开展提供参考。

With the improvement of people’s living standards,the quality and safety of food has been increasingly concerned by the community.Ensuring food quality and safety concerns the national economy and people’s livelihood,and is the important foundation of realizing social sustainable development.Food quality and safety management is directly related to the interests of consumers and the healthy development of the food industry.In order to effectively improve the level of food quality and safety management in China,this article takes the total quality management theory as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the management of food quality and safety in China,such as the imperfect supervision system,the imperfect standard system,the poor consciousness of enterprise responsibility and the weak consciousness of protecting the rights and interests of consumers,some countermeasures are put forward,such as perfecting the supervision system,establishing scientific standard system,strengthening the sense of corporate responsibility and strengthening the protection of consumer rights and interests,the aim is to provide reference for the development of food quality and safety management in China.
