摘要
运动性疲劳是运动训练中产生的正常生理现象,如果不能及时消除,将会影响运动员下一步的运动或训练,甚至损害运动员的身心健康,影响其运动成绩,降低其运动寿命。本文分析了茶对运动员机体恢复和保持身体健康的作用,并提出了相关建议,旨在丰富运动员的恢复手段,促进运动员健康发展。
Exercise fatigue is a normal physiological phenomenon arising from exercise training,if it cannot be eliminated in time,it will affect the athletes’next exercise or training,and even damage the athletes’physical and mental health,affecting athletes’athletic performance and reducing athletes’sports life.This paper analyzes the role of tea for athletes’organism recovery and maintaining physical health,and puts forward relevant suggestions,aiming at enriching the means of recovery for athletes and promoting the healthy development of athletes.
