食品检测中快速检测技术的应用研究

Application of Rapid Detection Technology in Food Detection

近些年,社会公众的食品安全意识不断提升。食品安全事件不仅会对消费者身体健康造成危害,还会影响到社会的稳定。食品检测是确保食品安全的重要屏障,但是现阶段一些传统检测手段已经无法满足食品检测需求,因此技术人员需要不断创新食品检测手段,加快普及快速检测技术。基于此,本文对食品检测领域常见的快速检测技术类型与应用展开探究,以期为食品安全监管工作的开展提供参考。

In recent years,the public awareness of food safety has been continuously improved.Food safety incidents will not only harm consumer health,but also affect social stability.Food testing is an important barrier to ensure food safety,but at this stage,some traditional testing methods can not meet the needs of food testing,so technicians need to constantly innovate food testing methods,speed up the popularization of rapid detection technology.Based on this,this paper explores the common types and applications of rapid detection technology in the field of food detection,in order to provide reference for the development of food safety supervision.
