摘要
柑橘是世界上产量和贸易规模最大的水果,我国柑橘种植面积和产量均居世界首位。柑橘生产中农药残留的控制是保障消费者食用安全的前提,对柑橘产业的健康发展起着不可替代的作用。本文对柑橘生长过程中农药使用情况、农药残留检测方法和农药残留总体特征进行了梳理和分析,以期为柑橘病虫害防治和农药残留检测提供参考。
Citrus is the fruit with the largest production and trade scale in the world,and China’s citrus planting area and output rank first in the world.The control of pesticide residues in citrus production is the premise of ensuring the safety of consumers,and plays an irreplaceable role in the healthy development of citrus industry.In this paper,present situation of pesticide application in production,detection methods and the general characteristics of pesticide residues during the growth of citrus were sorted out and analyzed,in order to provide reference for the control of citrus pests and pesticide residues detection.
