摘要
建立了一种应用超声协同破乳诱导萃取-原子荧光光谱测定食用油中铅的分析方法。考察了载流酸度、铁氰化钾及硼氢化钾浓度对铅测定荧光值的影响,同时对方法进行评价。结果表明,方法的最优条件为载流1%HNO_(3),铁氰化钾浓度1%,硼氢化钾浓度1.5%。铅在0~10.0μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)为0.996 3,方法检出限为0.5μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率为92.0%~103.5%。该方法简单、灵敏度高、成本低,适合在基层实验室推广应用。
A method for determination of Pb in edible oils using ultrasound assisted extraction induced by emulsion breaking-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was proposed.The effects of acidity of the carrier solution,potassium ferrocyanide concentration,and potassium borohydride concentration on the determination were investigated.Results indicated that the optimal conditions were obtained with a carrier current of 1%HNO_(3),a K_(3)[Fe(CN)^(6)]concentration of 1.0%,and a KBH4 concentration of 1.5%.The linear range of lead was good at 0~10.0μg·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient(R^(2))was 0.9963,the limit of detection was 0.5μg·kg^(-1),and the recovery ranged from 92.0%to 103.5%.The established method is easy,has a good sensitivity,a low cost,and is suitable for popularization and application in primary laboratories.
