QuEchERS-EMR结合超高效液相色谱串联质谱快速检测畜产品中的五氯酚

QuEchERS-EMR Combined with Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry for the Rapid Detection of Pentachlorophenol in Animal Products

摘要 本研究旨在建立基于QuEchERS-EMR结合超高效液相色谱串联质谱快速、准确测定畜产品中五氯酚的方法。样品经过乙腈提取,QuEchERS除杂,将离心后上清液通过EMR固相萃取柱净化,0.22μm滤膜过滤,上机测定。五氯酚在1.0~10.0 ng·m L^(-1)线性关系良好,线性系数大于0.99,检测限为0.3μg·kg^(-1),定量限为1.0μg·kg^(-1)。五氯酚在空白样品加标的低、中、高3个水平添加量下,回收率在80.4%~103.9%,RSD在2.24%~6.46%。此方法省时便捷、节约成本、准确性好,能够满足大规模畜产样品的测定。 This study aims to establish a rapid and accurate method for the determination of pentachlorophenol in animal products based on QuEchERS-EMR combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,impurities were removed by QuEchERS,and the upper clear liquid was purified through an EMR solid-phase extraction column after centrifugation,with a concentration of 0.22μm filter membrane filtration,machine measurement.The linear relationship within the-1 linear range of 1.0~10.0 ng·mL is good,with a linear coefficient greater than 0.99 and a detection limit of 0.3μg·kg^(-1),with a quantification limit of 1.0μg·kg^(-1).At the low,medium,and high levels of addition in blank samples,the recovery rate of pentachlorophenol at 80.4%~103.9%,and the RSD at 2.24%~6.46%.This method is time-saving,convenient,cost-effective,and has good accuracy,and can meet the needs of large-scale animal sample determination.
