摘要 检测工作在食品行业发展中发挥着重要作用,科学应用食品检测技术,可准确了解食品质量状况,保障食品安全。气相色谱-质谱联用法具有分辨率高、灵敏度高、可定量分析等优势,能够精准测定样品中目标物质的含量,为食品质量判断及食品执法工作开展提供可靠的参考依据。基于此,本文概述了气相色谱-质谱联用法的原理,探讨了食品检测中气相色谱-质谱联用法的实践应用策略。 Detection plays an important role in the development of the food industry.Scientific application of food detection technology can accurately understand the quality of food and ensure food safety.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has the advantages of high resolution,high sensitivity and quantitative analysis.It can accurately determine the content of target substances in samples and provide a reliable reference for food quality judgment and food law enforcement.Based on this,this paper summarizes the principle of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and discusses the practical application strategy of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in food detection.
