摘要 随着公众健康意识的提高,保健食品市场迅速增长,对保健产品安全性和有效性进行严格监管十分重要。保健食品成分的准确测定有助于验证产品中活性成分的含量是否符合标签上的声明,维护消费者信任和遵守监管要求,确保产品中没有危害健康的污染物或禁用物质,保护消费者的合法权益,科学验证保健食品的健康益处和功效。本文旨在全面评述紫外分光光度法在保健食品中的应用,从常见营养成分到特殊活性物质的分析,揭示其在保障产品质量和符合健康标准中的关键作用。 With the improvement of public health awareness and the rapid growth of health food market,it is very important to strictly supervise the safety and effectiveness of health products.The accurate determination of health food ingredients helps to verify the content of active ingredients in the label statement,maintain consumer trust and comply with regulatory requirements,to ensure that no health pollutants or banned substances,protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,scientific verification of the health benefits and efficacy of health food.The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively review the application of UV spectrophotometry in health food,from the analysis of common nutrients to special active substances,and reveal its key role in ensuring product quality and compliance with health standards.
