摘要
评价不同温拌剂对沥青混合料性能影响规律,为工程应用中温拌剂的选择提供技术依据。分别选取Sasobit、Aspha-min、Evotherm 3种温拌剂制备温拌沥青混合料,基于车辙、低温弯曲、冻融劈裂、汉堡轮辙和动态模量试验,分析3种温拌剂对沥青混合料路用性能和动态模量的综合影响。研究表明,Evotherm温拌剂对混合料的降温效果最佳,Aspha-min温拌剂与Sasobit温拌剂对沥青混合料的降温效果相当;Sasobit温拌剂能够提高混合料的高温性能,Evotherm温拌剂能够提高混合料的水稳定性,Aspha-min温拌剂的水热性能较差;中温条件下添加Evotherm温拌剂混合料模量最高,高温条件下添加Sasobit温拌剂混合料模量最高;构建混合料动态模量主曲线,Sasobit和Evotherm温拌剂均能够改善混合料的高温性能,Sasobit温拌剂造成混合料低温性能降低,Evotherm和Aspha-min温拌剂对混合料的低温不产生影响。
In order to evaluate the impact of different warm mix agents on the performance of asphalt mixtures and provide necessary technical basis for the selection of warm mix agents in engineering applications,three warm mix agents,Sasobit,Aspha-min,and Evotherm,were selected to prepare warm mix asphalt mixtures.Based on rutting,low-temperature bending,freeze-thaw splitting,Hamburg wheel rutting,and dynamic modulus tests,the comprehensive effects of the three warm mix agents on the road performance and dynamic modulus of asphalt mixtures were analyzed.Research has shown that Evotherm has the best cooling effect on asphalt mixtures,while Aplha-min,and Sasobit have comparable cooling effects on asphalt mixtures;Sasobit warm mixing agent can improve the high-temperature performance of the mixture,Evotherm can improve the water stability of the mixture,while Aspha-min warm mixing agent had poor hydrothermal performance.The modulus of the mixture with the addition of Evotherm warm mixing agent was the highest under medium temperature conditions,and the modulus of the mixture with the addition of Sasobit warm mixing agent was the highest under high temperature conditions.The main curve of the dynamic modulus of the mixture had been constructed.Sasobit and Evotherm warm mix agents can improve the high-temperature performance of the mixture.Sasobit warm mix agent caused a decrease in the low-temperature performance of the mixture,while Evotherm and Aspha-min warm mix agents had no effect on the low-temperature performance of the mixture.
