骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折作为骨质疏松症的严重并发症,其发病率逐年升高,椎体成形术作为其有效的治疗方式,越来越受到人们的关注。随着临床医生对椎体成形术术后并发症的认识越来越深入,术式的改进和优化成为关注的重点。本文就椎体成形术的新近技术进行综述,分析手术要点,以期为临床医生选择手术方式提供帮助。

As a serious complication of osteoporosis,the incidence of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is increasing each year.Vertebroplasty is receiving increasing attention as an effective treatment modality.With the increasing understanding of post-vertebroplasty complications among clinicians,the improvement and optimization of surgical methods have become the focus of attention.In this paper,the recent techniques of vertebroplasty are reviewed,and the main points of operation are analyzed in order to provide help for the clinician to choose the surgical method.
