摘要
伴随着信息技术的发展,传统销售渠道已不能适应广大消费者对于当前生鲜线上的购买需求,因此作为商家,亟待寻求适合生鲜产品经营的一种新营销模式。电子商务作为一种新兴产业,可以充分与供应链相融合,突破时空限制,符合消费者实际需要,借此推动生鲜农产品的发展。据此,本文以家乐福超市为例,围绕该企业电子商务供应链展开分析,并结合相关理论知识提出优化对策,旨在提升生鲜供应链的工作效率,提升产业竞争力。
With the development of information technology,traditional sales channels can no longer meet the current online purchasing needs of consumers.Therefore,as merchants,it is urgent to seek a new marketing model suitable for fresh product management.As an emerging industry,e-commerce can fully integrate with the supply chain,break through time and space constraints,meet the actual needs of consumers,and promote the development of fresh agricultural products.Therefore,this paper takes Carrefour Supermarket as an example,analyzes the e-commerce supply chain of the enterprise,and proposes optimization countermeasures based on relevant theoretical knowledge,aiming to improve the efficiency of fresah food supply chain and enhance industrial competitiveness.
