摘要
为解决传统混凝土公路路基边坡结构施工缓慢、耐久性差、构件“粗笨厚重”的问题,以河南安罗高速公路为依托,结合玻璃钢复合材料,通过技术创新、施工工艺和结构设计等研究装配式路基边坡六棱块、拱形骨架和急流槽等构件在公路工程中的应用。研究成果可形成成套的公路路基边坡结构生产与新施工工艺,减少施工现场作业人员,有效提升工程品质,为玻璃钢复合材料小型预制构件在工程上的应用提供新方向。
To solve the problems of slow construction,poor durability and"bulky and heavy"components of traditional concrete highway subgrade slope structure.Based on Anluo Expressway in Henan Province,combined with glass fiber reinforced plastic composite materials,the application of six-prism block,arch skeleton and rapid flow trough of assembled subgrade slope in highway engineering is studied through technological innovation,construction technology and structural design.The research results can form a complete set of highway subgrade slope structure production and new construction technology,reduce the construction site workers,effectively improve the engineering quality,and provide a new direction for the application of FRP composite materials in small prefabricated components in engineering.
