摘要
废气再循环(EGR)技术可以有效提升汽油机的热效率,从而降低整车油耗。当前国内整车油耗一般使用WLTC循环油耗评价。本文分析了某型插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)在世界轻型汽车测试循环工况(WLTC)标准循环开/关EGR状态下的油耗数据,得到EGR对PHEV汽车WLTC循环油耗的改善效果和主要影响因素。在本次试验中,WLTC循环的高速段串联模式占比较大,可以使发动机长时间运行在高EGR率区域,实现最高的油耗收益。基于本次试验的结果,后续还可以针对不同车速段的特点进行合理的控制策略设计,这有利于充分发挥EGR技术的优势,提高PHEV汽车的燃油经济性和排放性能。
The EGR technology can effectively improve the thermal efficiency of gasoline engines,thereby reducing the fuel consump-tion of the entire vehicle.Currently,domestic vehicle fuel consumption is generally evaluated using the WLTC cycle fuel consumption evaluation standard.This article analyzes the fuel consumption data of a certain type of PHEV vehicle under the WLTC standard cycle with EGR on/off,and obtains the improvement effect and main influencing factors of EGR on the WLTC cycle fuel consumption of PHEV vehicles.In this test,the high-speed section of the WLTC cycle has a relatively large proportion of series mode,which allows the engine to operate for a long time in the high EGR rate region,achieving the highest fuel consumption benefit.Based on the results of this experiment,reasonable control strategy design can be carried out according to the characteristics of different speed sections,which is conducive to fully leveraging the advantages of EGR technology and improving the fuel economy and emission performance of PHEV vehicles.
