双接地型转子吸振器的参数优化

摘要 利用智能优化算法对双接地型转子吸振器的参数进行了优化设计,探讨了质量比、附加位置对抑振性能的影响规律。首先,根据双接地型转子吸振器的结构构建了吸振器的力学模型。接着,利用有限元法建立了吸振器-转子系统的动力学方程。在此基础上,推导了转子的响应公式,并基于该公式建立了吸振器的参数优化数学模型。最后,利用改进的变异粒子群算法对吸振器的参数进行了优化,分析了质量比及附加位置对最优参数及最优振幅的影响规律。结果表明:在相同附加位置时,随着质量比的增加,吸振器的最优刚度kaopt和kgopt、最优阻尼cgopt及抑振率均呈递增规律,同时转子的最优振幅逐渐减小。当质量比为0.1时,吸振器的附加位置越靠近轴承,最优刚度kaopt和最优阻尼cgopt越小,抑振率越低,最优刚度kgopt受附加位置影响很小,趋于定值。 An intelligent optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of a double grounded rotor absorber,the influence law of mass ratio and additional position on vibration suppression performance is discussed.Firstly,according to the structure of the double grounded rotor absorber,the mechanical model of the absorber is established.Secondly,the finite element method is used to es-tablish the dynamic equation of the absorber-rotor system.Then,the response formula of the rotor is derived,and the parameter opti-mization mathematical model of the vibration absorber is established based on the formula.Finally,the variable particle swarm optimi-zation algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the absorber,and the influence law of mass ratio and additional position on the optimal parameters and the optimal amplitude is analyzed.The results show that,At the same additional position,with the increase of mass ratio,the optimal stiffness kaopt and kgopt,the optimal damping cgopt and the vibration suppression rate of the absorber in-crease,and the optimal amplitude of the rotor decreases.When the mass ratio is 0.1,the closer the additional position of the absorber is to the bearing,the smaller the optimal stiffness kaopt and the optimal damping cgopt are,and the lower the vibration inhibition rate.The optimal stiffness kgopt is little affected by the additional position and tends to the constant value.
