某车用柴油机隔振器开裂故障排查

摘要 针对某车用柴油机隔振器开裂故障,从设计选型、装配、使用环境等方面对该隔振器进行了逐项排查分析,确定了故障原因。经过排查,隔振器表层开裂的主要原因为:隔振器受到油污侵蚀后,发生了橡胶溶胀,从而使隔振器的力学性能下降。同时,由于未及时修正隔振器的安装尺寸,个别隔振器承受了较大的交变应力,进一步恶化了隔振器的工作环境。在长时间的交变和倾摇等外力的综合作用下,最终导致了隔振器表层开裂故障的发生。针对上述故障原因,提出了维保人员在维护和检修时采取有效的防护措施,以及操作人员定期检查隔振器的表面清洁度和安装状态的改进措施。 In response to the cracking failure of a vehicle diesel engine shock absorber,the shock absorber was investigated and ana-lyzed item by item from the aspects of design selection,assembly,and use environment to determine the cause of the failure.After in-vestigation,the main reason for the cracking of the shock absorber surface was that after being eroded by oil,the rubber swelled,resul-ting in a decrease in the mechanical properties of the shock absorber.At the same time,due to the failure to promptly correct the in-stallation dimensions of the shock absorber,individual shock absorbers suffered from large alternating stresses,further deteriorating the working environment of the shock absorber.Under the combined effects of long-term alternating and pitching forces,the cracking fail-ure of the shock absorber surface eventually occurred.In response to the above failure causes,the company requires maintenance per-sonnel to take effective protective measures during maintenance and overhaul.At the same time,operators are also required to regularly check the surface cleanliness and installation status of the shock absorber to ensure that the failure does not occur again.
