汽油发动机开发中活塞温度场仿真与试验分析

摘要 在本次研究中,利用有限元方法对某定型活塞不同测点的温度进行了分析,并结合硬度塞法测量了活塞表面及销孔内侧的温度。结果显示,活塞表面温度场总体分布正常,且从活塞顶部向下呈现递减的趋势。在发动机试验全过程中,各项性能参数保持一致,未出现较大波动,说明试验能较好地反映实际工况,结果真实准确。利用有限元方法计算活塞各点温度具有高准确度,而硬度塞法进行活塞温度测量是安全、方便、可靠的,能有效反映活塞在发动机工况点工作时的温度。本文工作可为发动机开发过程中的燃烧数据定型和活塞设计定型提供依据,也为今后的活塞开发设计工作积累了经验。 In this study,the finite element method was used to analyze the temperature at different measurement points of the piston,and the hardness plug method was used to measure the temperature of the piston surface and the inner side of the pin control.The re-sults showed that the overall distribution of the piston surface temperature field was normal,with a decreasing trend from the top of the piston to the bottom.During the entire engine testing process,all performance parameters remained consistent,without significant fluc-tuations,which verified that the test can better reflect actual operating conditions with accurate and true results.Therefore,the finite element method has a high accuracy in calculating the temperature at various points of the piston,and the hardness plug method for pis-ton temperature measurement is safe,convenient,and reliable,which can effectively reflect the temperature of the piston at various working conditions in the engine.The temperature measurement data not only provides a basis for combustion data stereotyping and pis-ton design stereotyping in engine development,but also accumulates experience for future piston development and design work.
