摘要
随着环保和健康要求的不断提高,对涂料中挥发性有机物的测定提出了更高的适用性和改进稳定性的要求。文章通过对试验方法及数据处理方法的改进,使得气相色谱测定涂料中的水分含量更加快速、准确。经过改进后的方法有效地降低了试验误差,具有良好的重现性和准确性。此外,通过采用外标法,并通过回归分析得到水分含量标准工作曲线,相关系数R2=0.9996调整为R2=0.9995,重复性为1.6%,再现性为3.5%,回收率为88%~104%。这些数据表明,该方法具有较高的准确性和可靠性,适用于对涂料中水分含量的测定。
With the continuous improvement of environmental protection and health requirements,there are higher requirements for the applicability and improved stability of the determination of volatile organic compounds in coatings.This paper improves the experimental method and data processing method,making the determination of water content in coatings using gas chromatography more rapid and accurate.The improved method effectively reduces the experimental error,with good reproducibility and accuracy.In addition,by using external standard method and regression analysis,a standard working curve for water content is obtained,with correlation coefficient R2=0.9996,adjusted R2=0.9995,repeatability of 1.6%,reproducibility of 3.5%,and recovery rate of 88%-104%.
