优化硫磺喷枪结构设计及其应用

摘要 文章详细分析了传统硫磺喷枪的雾化方式、枪体弯曲变形及蒸汽泄漏原因。针对这些问题,提出了相应的解决方案。通过采用高效硫磺喷嘴技术,有效解决了雾化空心问题,提高了焚硫炉的使用容积。采用保温蒸汽均匀分布环和轴向滑动套密封结构,有效解决了枪体弯曲问题。同时,将补偿膨胀节置于焚硫炉外,并对枪体焊缝进行优化设计,有效解决了蒸汽泄漏问题。这些改进措施提高了硫磺喷枪的性能和使用寿命。 This paper thoroughly analyzes the atomization methods,gun body bending deformations,and causes of steam leakage in traditional sulfur spray guns.In response to these issues,corresponding solutions were proposed.By adopting efficient sulfur spray nozzles,the problem of hollow atomization was effectively solved,thereby improving the usage volume of the incinerator.The use of uniformly distributed insulation steam rings and axial sliding sleeve sealing structures effectively addressed the issue of gun body bending.Additionally,placing compensation expansion joints outside the incinerator and optimizing the welding seam design of the gun body effectively resolved the steam leakage problem.These improvement measures were implemented to enhance the performance and service life of sulfur spray guns.
