摘要
我国职业教育聚焦点正在从体量发展、解决规模问题向人才培养质量优秀率、企业对人才需要契合性进行战略转向,在此过程中出现优势资源协调难、育训管理差异多、利益诉求差别大等校企横向融通欠佳现象;为深化高职教育教学改革,适应国家经济结构调整和产业转型升级对人才培养需求,以个人职业生涯可持续发展的职业教育体系建设为目标,以精准聚焦社会服务与人才培养为实践路径,构建“三个对接、三种模式、两个平台”;打造多层次“订式培养”的双精准育人体系,促使校企技术技能人才培养适销对路,促进职业教育与职业培训相互融通。
The focus of vocational education in China is shifting from volume development and addressing scale issues to a strategic shift towards excellence in talent cultivation and its ability to meet the enterprises’needs for talents.In this process,there have been problems in the horizontal integration between schools and enterprises,such as,difficulty in coordinating advantageous resources,multiple differences in education and training management,and great differences in demands for benefits.In order to deepen the reform of vocational education and teaching,and to adapt to the needs for talent cultivation in national economic structure adjustment and industrial transformation and upgrading,it is necessary to set the goal of building a sustainable vocational education system for personal career development,and to precisely focus on social services and talent cultivation.It is necessary to construct“three docking,three models,and two platforms”,creating a multi-level“customized training”dual precision education system,promoting the marketable cultivation of technical and skilled talents in schools and enterprises,to promote the integration of vocational education and vocational training.
