乡村振兴背景下吉林省黑土地保护的金融实践研究

Research on Financial Practice of Black Land Protection in Jilin Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

耕地是国家粮食安全和三农"发展的基础性资源,保护好“耕地中的大熊猫”——黑土地,是东北地区实现农业现代化的前提条件,也是乡村振兴的重要支撑。习近平总书记指出,“要健全以绿色生态为导向的农业政策支持体系,建立绿色低碳循环的农业产业体系”“对东北黑土地实行战略性保护”。我省实践证明,绿色金融对黑土地保护具有支撑和促进作用,不断完善的绿色金融支持体系将推动我省农业实现可持续发展。

Cultivated land is the basic resource for national food security and the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Protecting the"giant panda in cultivated land"-black land is a prerequisite for realizing agricultural modernization in Northeast China and an important support for rural revitalization.The practice of our province has proved that green finance can support and promote the protection of black land,and the continuous improvement of green finance support system will promote the sustainable development of agriculture in our province.
