当前,各方对禁毒教育工作十分重视。禁毒教育的开展,具有多重价值意蕴:国家层面能激发家国情怀,提升制度自信;社会层面能维护社会稳定,促进长治久安;个人层面能保护个人生命,保障人民健康。禁毒教育的内容建构可从历史、知识、案例入手:以历史为镜,防范毒品再次侵蚀;以知识为基,介绍毒品种类及防毒方法;以案例为警,加深毒品危害认识。禁毒教育的主体架构上,党和政府统一领导,做好顶层设计;学校和社区组织协调,做到有序推进;具体实施者提升能力,着力有效落实。禁毒教育的实践策略上,营造环境,打造全社会禁毒氛围;优化方法,促进不同客体易于受教;创新载体,丰富禁毒教育形式。

Currently,all parties attach great importance to drug control education.The development of drug control education has multiple value implications:at the national level,it can stimulate patrio⁃tism and enhance confidence in system;at the social level,it can maintain social stability and promote long-term peace and stability;at a personal level,it can protect personal life and ensure people's health.The content construction of drug control education can start from history,knowledge,and cases,such as using history as a mirror to prevent the re-erosion of drugs,introducing the types of drugs and their prevention methods based on knowledge and deepening the understanding of drug hazards through case studies.In terms of the main structure of drug control education,the Party and the gov⁃ernment should unify leadership and do a good job in top-level design;schools and community organi⁃zations should coordinate to achieve orderly progress;specific implementers should enhance their abili⁃ties and focus on effective implementation.In terms of practical strategies for drug control education,an environment with a comprehensive anti-drug atmosphere in society should be created;methods to promote the ease of learning for different objects should be optimized;carriers to enrich the forms of drug control education should be innovated.
