摘要
本文从风险管控工作规范的建立、风险管控清单的制定、风险动态管理的实施等方面,建立了基于食品安全风险防控的动态管理机制,为推动面粉企业食品安全风险动态管理的规范化、标准化提供参考。
This paper established a dynamic management mechanism based on food safety risk prevention and control from the establishment of risk control work norms,the formulation of risk control list and the implementation of dynamic risk management.It provides reference for promoting the standardization of food safety risk dynamic management in flour enterprises.
