利用超声技术评估和预测乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的研究进展

摘要 新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy,NAC)是针对局部中晚期乳腺癌(breast cancer,BC)患者首选的治疗方式。10%~35%的患者对此化疗手段不敏感,甚至5%的患者会在NAC治疗期间出现病情进展。因此,准确地评估BC患者NAC疗效对后续治疗具有重要意义。早期预测BC患者NAC的疗效可以避免对化疗不敏感的患者进行过度治疗,从而减少副反应和并发症。目前,超声成像技术在NAC疗效的评估和预测上得到了广泛应用,本文将归纳各种超声技术在评估和预测BC患者NAC疗效方面的价值,并指出未来的发展前景。 Neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)is the preferred treatment for patients with locally advanced breast cancer(BC).However,10%-35%of patients are not sensitive to this chemotherapy,and even 5%of patients will experience disease progression during NAC treatment.Therefore,accurate evaluation of NAC efficacy in BC patients is of great significance for subsequent treatment.Early prediction of NAC efficacy in BC patients can avoid overtreatment of patients who are insensitive to chemotherapy,thereby reducing unnecessary side effects and complications.At present,ultrasound imaging technology has been widely used in the evaluation and prediction of NAC efficacy.This article will summarize the value of various ultrasound techniques in evaluating and predicting NAC efficacy in BC patients and point out the future development prospects.
