摘要
沉箱重力式码头已向深水化发展,无掩护海域大型沉箱的应用日益增多,对沉箱安装工艺提出了更高的要求。为保证防城港企沙港区赤沙作业区2号泊位工程5 200余t超大型椭圆沉箱的顺利安装,避免传统人工控制注水工艺的弊端,项目团队创新性的研发了一种智能沉箱注水系统,包含信息采集设备、数据处理系统、操作反应终端。通过对水位、流量、姿态等数据进行收集运算,可实现沉箱自动化精细调平。该系统在防城港企沙港区赤沙作业区2号泊位工程成功应用,顺利完成11座5 200余t超大型椭圆沉箱安装,提高了作业工效,保障了工程质量,降低了施工安全风险,并且具有显著的经济和社会效益,推广应用前景广阔。
Caisson gravity wharf has been developing into deep water,and the application of large caisson in unprotected sea area is increasing day by day,which puts forward higher requirements for caisson installation technology.In order to ensure the smooth installation of more than 5200 tons of super large elliptical caisson in the No.2 berthing project in Chisha Operation Area of Qishagang District,Fangchenggang,and avoid the drawbacks of traditional manual control water injection process,the project team innovatively developed an intelligent caisson water injection system.The system consists of information acquisition equipment,data processing system and operation reaction terminal.By collecting and calculating the data of water level,flow rate and attitude,the caisson can be automatically fine-leveled.The system has been successfully applied in the No.2 berthing project of Chisha Operation Area,Qishagang District,Fangchenggang,and successfully completed the installation of 11 super large elliptical caissons with more than 5200 tons,which improves the working efficiency,guarantees the project quality,reduces the construction safety risk,and has significant economic and social benefits,and has broad prospects for promotion and application.
