摘要
以氯乙烯聚合机制和聚合动力学为基础,结合聚合生产实践,建立了本体法PVC生产中氯乙烯预聚合转化率的预测估算式,预测结果与浙江大学通过传热测试得到的计算结果较为吻合。该预测估算式可精准预测预聚合生产转化率,为调整和设计预聚合配方及工艺条件提供基础。
Based on the mechanism and kinetics of vinyl chloride polymerization,and combined with the practice of polymerization production,a predictive estimation formula for the conversion rate of vinyl chloride pre-polymerization in bulk PVC production was established.The predicted results were in good agreement with the calculation results obtained from heat transfer tests conducted by Zhejiang University.The predictive estimation formula could accurately predict the conversion rate of pre-polymerization in production,providing a basis for adjusting and designing pre-polymerization formulas and process conditions.
