平房仓智能扦样系统的设计

摘要 平房仓储量大,人工扦样效率低且劳动强度大,为实现扦样作业的智能化,设计了一种智能扦样系统。该系统由移动装置、扦样装置、图像识别装置、翻转装置、样品收集装置5个部分组成。该系统能够根据扦样指令进行常规扦样排查,也能对粮情监测异常点进行定点扦样检查。该系统将基于图像识别的在线预检和后台精检结合起来,能及时锁定粮食质变范围,以便快速采取防控措施,保障粮食安全。 Because of the large capacity of the warehouse,the efficiency of manual sampling is low and the labor intensity is high.In order to realize the intelligence of sampling operation,an intelligent sampling system is designed.The system consists of five parts:mobile device,sampling device,image recognition device,flipping device and sample collection device.The system can carry out routine sampling investigation according to the sampling instructions,and can also carry out fixed-point sampling inspection according to the abnormal points of grain monitoring.The system combines online pre-inspection based on image recognition with background fine inspection.It can lock the deterioration range in time,help to take prevention and control measures quickly,and ensure food security.
