体外冲击波治疗慢性疼痛的研究进展

Research progress of extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of chronic pain

慢性疼痛在近年来临床中有较高的发病率,如颈关节炎、腱鞘炎等都是常见的慢性疼痛疾病。在慢性疼痛发病之后会对患者的健康造成一定损害,且患者会经历比较漫长的疼痛周期。因此在慢性疼痛患者干预管理过程中,应该帮助患者做好疼痛干预和治疗。体外冲击波作为一种常见的治疗方式,是应对慢性疼痛治疗干预过程中比较有效的治疗方式之一,经体外冲击波治疗后,能够帮助患者缓解疼痛,对疾病干预和控制非常重要。所以在现有研究过程中,临床应该以疾病干预为主,帮助患者做好体外冲击波训练和干预,以此为患者的疼痛缓解提供帮助,降低患者疼痛感知能力。鉴于此,本文综述了体外冲击波治疗慢性疼痛的进展,希望可以了解体外冲击波治疗的机理,对其在慢性疼痛治疗中的应用方法做出分析,以此为慢性疼痛治疗过程中使用体外冲击波提供参考。

Chronic pain has a high incidence rate in clinical practice in recent years,such as cervical arthritis and tenosynovitis etc,which are common chronic pain diseases.After the onset of chronic pain,it will cause certain damage to the patients'health,and the patients will experience a relatively long pain cycle.Therefore,in the process of intervention management for chronic pain patients,we should help the patients to do a good job in pain intervention and treatment.As a common treatment method,extracorporeal shock wave is one of the more effective treatment methods in the treatment and intervention process of chronic pain.After extracorporeal shock wave treatment,it can help patients relieve pain and is very important for disease intervention and control.Therefore,in the current research process,clinic should focus on disease intervention,helping patients to do well in extracorporeal shock wave training and intervention,so as to provide help for pain relief and reduce their pain perception ability.In view of this,this paper reviews the progress of extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of chronic pain,and hopes to understand the mechanism of extracorporeal shock wave treatment and analyze its application methods in the treatment of chronic pain,so as to provide reference for the use of extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of patients with chronic pain.
